Q:  I could easily make a pacifier keeper or a sippy cup strap.  What makes these different?

 

A:  Our pacifier keepers and sippy cup straps are made with “long-prong” snaps that are specifically made for children's clothing and are VERY strong.  You cannot buy these snaps in a regular sewing or craft store.  The snaps you buy at the store are “short-prong” snaps.  “Short-prong” snaps WILL break after attached to the ribbon or fabric, posing a danger to the baby.  Our snaps are very expensive and do not break when attached. 

 

Q:  What type of guarantee do you carry on your products?

 

A:  We carry a lifetime replacement guarantee on all of our products.  If it’s your fault or ours we’ll replace it.  We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you buy.  We don’t have to do that often, which is why we can afford to.  Just contact us by phone or email and arrangements can be made.

 

Q:  I’ve noticed you have cheaper prices than most boutiques, why is that?

 

A:  I don’t believe in “gouging”.  As a fellow mom, I won’t sell a product that I wouldn’t buy personally.  I don’t think it is right and I never will.  I work very hard to make a great quality product for the best price.  Just because it is cheap, doesn’t mean it is made cheap.  Each and every product is handmade to ensure the best quality. 

 

Q:  How do you figure shipping costs?

 

A:  We do not charge handling fees or make a profit on shipping.  The amount charged to you for shipping is what it costs us to ship it to you.  We ship all products out the most economical way possible and always provide online shipping tracking and confirmation.  All shipping is provided by the USPS and is calculated by weight, envelope/box size, and delivery days.  We have the ability to send it out first class, parcel post, priority, and express delivery depending on your needs.
